Service and Support
We
aim to get it right if things happen to go wrong.
Toshiba has supplied laptops to schools in many countries
for many years. We know how important they become
to the teachers who use them. Unfortunately, laptops
are complex devices and, despite our best efforts,
things do sometimes go wrong.
To minimise any inconvenience, we've established a
nationwide network of partners whose goal is to troubleshoot,
fix and return each laptop in full working order as
quickly as possible.
Toshiba's TELA support service includes:

Free school
pick-up and delivery for all laptop warranty
repairs. |

Specialist laptop
technicians to handle diagnosis and testing. |
 |
Qualified computer
engineers to perform repairs. |
 |
A target time
frame for repairs of two working days from receipt
of a laptop at the service centre. |
 |
Five regional
service centres and an overnight courier pickup
and delivery service to take care of schools
in remote areas. |
What to do if you have
a problem.

Firstly,
call Toshiba on 0800 444 798. We'll
help diagnose the fault (you can use the PC Diagnostics
button on your Toshiba laptop to streamline this process).
If it's a hardware problem, we'll connect you with
Toshiba's service partners who will look after you
from there.
For software support with Microsoft Windows, CA Antivirus, PestPatrol and MS Office, call the ICT Help Desk (0800 CALLICT). |
